Mike will begin with a focus on definitions and shared language and an introduction to measurement of workplace belonging and a brief overview of effective organizational development strategies. We will learn about bias and the role it plays in policies, practices, and relationships at work. We will explore how our brain approaches change and how we can coach colleagues to have better awareness and achieve better results. Mike will also teach us how to break down silos at work and what it means to exhibit empathy. We will discuss several important lenses on developing trust and how it is different from psychological safety. Participants will explore unwelcome behavior in the workplace and learn a framework to interrupt harmful situations and promote organizational change and growth.
